Our Services

This program offers 3 months intensive DBT informed life transformation services. You will commit to weekly therapy session and 2 hours a week group, weekly assignment. This program will jumpstart your healing process. Price $950 a month including a 45 min weekly session, 2 hour DBT informed group a week. We require 3 month commitment and in order to experience the full effect, program may last up to 9 months. From there, if you would like to continue to work with me, you can meet with me weekly for traditional talk therapy and DBT skills will be reviewed regularly. If you plan to join the program again, I will meet with you briefly and reevaluate.
