Trauma informed therapy

It's all about client-centered approach that recognizes trauma affect all of us differently. It is so important for us to create a safe and supportive environment centered around trust, empowerment and collaboration. 

Mental Health is HEALTH. 

Mental health is health. I cannot remember how many times I have talked about this. Mental well-being is an essential component of overall health and wellness. Just like we take care of physical health, it is equally critical to prioritize taking care of your mental health. There are still stigma attached to mental health diagnoses and treatment, and everybody can benefit from therapy since we live in a complex world. Emotional wellbeing does encompasses aspects including emotional resilience, managing stress, maintaining healthy relationships and riding the waves called life's challenges. With the right help, you will be able to lead fulfilling lives.
